Our story
It started from one simple principle
OLA was founded by lawyers with years of practice in corporate and litigation work, on a single principle: a client must clearly understand their legal position before making a decision.
We believe most legal risk comes not from the complexity of the law, but from businesses not having it explained early enough and clearly enough. That is why every matter at OLA begins with a legal assessment written in plain language — which risks are real, which options are viable, and the expected cost and timeline.
Today OLA serves domestic companies, foreign-invested enterprises and individual clients, from setting up legal structures through to resolving disputes before the courts and arbitration.
